Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

No Warranties. Radke Decks by Design disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radke Decks by Design's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Radke Decks by Design in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Radke Decks by Design from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MA.
