“We chose Lucianoâ s company from an online search because the decks on his website were beautiful but we really didnâ t know what to expect. Boy, weâ re we impressed! We already had a bid from a local highly regarded contractor for an average rectangular deck. But, when Luciano came he suggested a far superior design with an octagonal overlook area, better materials, and a better price! He also provided a very straight forward and detailed contract so we knew exactly what we would owe and when and there were no surprises. Luciano is a true perfectionist! Every board was cut precisely and the construction was flawless. Hire Luciano if you want very high quality work. He was very easy to communicate with as he always answered my texts. He is also a very nice person and is someone whom we felt very comfortable working with and would hire again .”

“We had a large second floor deck project on a 110 year old house. The situation was challenging: replacing two separate small second story decks with a new large deck that connected the two exterior doors, spanned the entire back of the house, provided water proof storage underneath, and sent rainwater to a reclamation tank. It involved a lot of design work and sound structural engineering skills. Luciano exceeded expectations at every phase of the project. He is professional, organized, on time, and works clean. His attention to detail on our project ensured we have a deck that will stand the test of time and be straightforward to maintain. Given that Luciano was working alone on our project, completion did take a while. But project milestones were always met and he set accurate expectations throughout the execution phase. I would recommend his work to anyone. The quality of the build speaks for itself.”
